Why is it that a woman has to be a stunner before we can say we find her appearance pleasing? This is the real hurdle that needs to be cleared before there can be real equality in politics. Seeing as a political career starts at 40, and doesn't really get going until 50, Women will always be at a disadvantage.

However, there is a slight advantage to women when they get even older. A 70 year old woman is a common sense grandmother who is wise in the ways of the world. A 70 year old man is a doddering old fool.,
